The casale di Francesco is located
7km from the centre of Spoleto, in an easy to reach position that is not
secluded. It is an independent house nestled in green vegetation,
surrounded by about 1000 m² of private land with a garden, wisteria ,
walnut tree and almond.

The structure is laid out on two floors for a total of about 130m² (including
the 18 m² ground floor cellar) plus an additional old bread oven , now
used as storage
The small casale sits in the hills, at the highest part of the hamlet
and overlooks a lovely garden and well groomed lawn.
These photographs were taken in the Spring of this year they show
most of the rooms and the garden.
There is a terra cotto area in front of the entrance hall, which is the
ideal spot to enjoy a meal outdoors.
The ground floor hosts the day area comprised of a spacious living room
that is about 26m², a dining area, and a small kitchen .Then we have a
hall way that leads into a walled patio area with views of the garden ,
there is also a bedroom with its own door leading to the outside and a
bathroom that completes the floor.
On the first floor, we have another living room with superb views and a
bedroom , with its own private terrace , a bathroom completes this floor
The property is completed by a fair sized basement on the street level
which makes an excellent storage area. |
