Description of buildings

The structure is laid out on two floors for a total of about 130m² (including the 18 m² ground floor cellar) plus an additional  old bread oven , now used as storage
The small casale sits in the hills, at the highest part of the hamlet  and overlooks a lovely garden and well groomed lawn.
There is a terra cotto  area in front of the entrance hall, which is the ideal spot to enjoy a meal outdoors.
The ground floor hosts the day area comprised of a spacious living room that is about 26m², a dining area, and a small kitchen .Then we have a hall way that leads into a walled patio area with views of the garden , there is also a bedroom  with its own door leading to the outside and a bathroom that completes the floor.
On the first floor, we have another living room with superb views and a bedroom , with its own private terrace , a bathroom completes  this floor
The property is completed by a fair sized  basement on the street level which makes an excellent storage area
